Helicopter Flights
Charter Flights
-
In addition to helicopter services, Lone Mountain Travel assists with private aircraft charters, shared-flight opportunities, and the East Coast Air Shuttle. Our Travel Concierge team works with preferred aviation providers to source aircraft and pricing for domestic and international travel, with an emphasis on safe, reliable, and well-matched options for each itinerary.
-
You may request charter options at any time. Aircraft availability and pricing vary with route, season, demand, and lead time. In some cases, competitive options become available two to six weeks before departure. For requests more than three months in advance, certain operators may not yet have finalized aircraft schedules. Booking earlier is recommended for peak travel dates or specialized aircraft needs.
-

-
Yes. Once your charter is confirmed, Travel Concierge can provide catering menus and coordinate ground transportation at your departure and arrival locations. Catering, transportation, and other third-party services are priced separately and are subject to availability and vendor terms.
Ride Shares
-
Club members with flexible travel plans may submit preferred routes and travel windows through the booking platform. If a compatible request is identified, Travel Concierge will contact each party privately with details and potential flight options. A match is not guaranteed, and no flight is confirmed until all participating parties have agreed to the terms, completed the required contracts, and submitted payment.
All participants in ride shares must be Club Members or their guests - this is not available to the general public.
-
Shared-flight interest most often involves Bozeman and the New York City area, Boston area, South Florida, Northern California, or Southern California. We also monitor interest involving Dallas, Chicago, and Seattle. Opportunities depend on compatible schedules, routes, passenger needs, and aircraft availability.
-
Travel Concierge will add your requested route and timing to the reservations platform. If a compatible request by another Club Member is identified, we will contact each party separately to protect privacy and begin sourcing flight options. If all parties choose to proceed, each group will receive a contract for signature. Passenger information is shared only as necessary after the required agreements are completed.
-
Shared-flight bookings are nonrefundable once confirmed. If another party’s plans change, each booked party remains responsible for the full amount stated in its agreement. Because terms may vary by itinerary or operator, please review your contract carefully before confirming your reservation.
Moove Booking Platform
-
Club Members can access Moove through their Club Member website or mobile app under Member Services. The platform allows Members to post and search travel requests, reserve eligible offerings, and manage upcoming travel. Access and available features may vary by club.
-
Yes. Select your route, preferred departure date and time, passenger count, and any additional requests. After you submit the trip request, Travel Concierge will be notified and will begin sourcing options for your consideration. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation; your trip is confirmed only after you accept an option and complete the required booking steps.
